Last week I pretty much proclaimed my love for Karain + Derrick and talked about how cute they were, especially in their wedding highlights video by Henjo Films.
It’s sometimes hard to capture the raw emotions and personalities on camera and it really takes a special photographer to do that. Well Sandy Tam is one of those photographers and was able to capture the whimsical personalities of Karain + Derrick on their wedding day!
Just from looking at the pictures below, you can tell how care-free these two lovebirds are and how it was definitely a fun-filled day.
A wedding is definitely a production and requires a lot of coordination. If you don’t plan on getting a wedding planner, I always suggest hiring a Day-of Coordinator. They will honestly make your life so much easier by making sure you’re on schedule, the venue is all set-up, the vendors know where to go and when, takes care of any issues on the day of, etc… Berlyn Lai from BLoved Events does just that. She’s really amazing at what she does and is prepared for any scenario. I mean she even had hairspray for Derrick when one of his hairs was out of place after taking photos in the rain. That’s partially why Karain + Derrick were so care-free and had such big smiles on their face. Just look at the photos from Sandy Tam Photography and you’ll see what I mean.
