I will never forget Joanna + Alvin‘s wedding. Why? Because of their wedding location. The Manor was where I attended my high school prom. So when I arrived on location to beautify Joanna, it brought back great memories!
When I met Joanna + Alvin back in February for her bridal trial, you couldn’t help but fall in love with them. You could see the support, love, and compassion they have for one another.
The day of the wedding was so peaceful and easy. Usually during the last hour of the prep time, things get a bit more hectic, but not in this case. Joanna allocated a lot of time for everyone to get ready, eat lunch, and take family photos. Another aspect that helped with having Lisa Wu as the wedding planner. She would constantly give Joanna updates on how the set-up for the venue was going, handled all money transactions with the vendors, and anytime anyone needed something, Lisa was there.

Fiona was absolutely phenomenal! I kept changing my mind and she was so kind and flexible about it! At the last minute I chose to get air brushing which turned out wonderfully. All night everyone said how flawless I looked and the make-up lasted all throughout the night. She also did make-up for my mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and one bridesmaid, and they all looked amazing! My mother-in-law never wears make-up, but she was beaming the whole night because everyone said how young she looked and that she looked like a movie star! I was so thrilled that Fiona could make this day even more special for her!
