I’m truly fortunate and amazed at the relationships I’m able to foster with my clients.  When I hashtag on Instagram that I #lovemyclients, I truly mean it.  Getting to know them, really makes my job interesting and fun.

This is the scenario with Emily from autoNiche.  Over the course of these past four months, I really got to know her as I did her makeup 5 times.  I even met her cute and adorable family!

Along with being a super mom, Emily runs an auto repair shop in Markham, and does media events across Ontario.  Before I get into the makeup, I just want to point out one more thing.  You can truly see the passion and care that Emily has for her business as it is reflected in her business model.  autoNiche just isn’t a normal auto repair shop, rather she focuses on educating her clients and making them feel comfortable and confident with their vehicle by conducting car care clinics.  What’s also impressive is that she donates part of her client’s repair bill to charity.   How many auto repair shops can you say does this?

When Emily does media events, she’s usually promoting a product line and/or educating people.  You can see the extensive list that Emily has done in the past.

For these media events, timing worked in our favour as we were able to meet up super early in the morning before I had to catch the train to get to my full-time job.

The makeup that Emily wanted was just to enhance her natural beauty.

One of the media events that Emily did was going on Cityline to talk about car seat safety and how to install them properly.  About a month ago, the segment got aired.  Emily did such a great job!

On a somewhat related note, I saw Emily this past weekend to do her makeup for her cousin’s wedding.  She gave me free reign (Woohoo!)  Thanks to her hubby for taking the “action” shot of us.  Check out the stool that we used 😉
